In collaboration with the consultancy Valuing Impact, the global social value of WOOF has been assessed and put into monetary terms.
In 2025, this amounted to €29 M in global social value – generated through improved wellbeing, increased joy in school, and positive classroom communities.
For the individual student, this means greater learning outcomes and higher expectations as well as success rates for educational paths and work life.
For society, it means improved teacher wellbeing and lower expenditure on social transfers – along with less pressure on families and teachers.
When wellbeing becomes a financial benchmark, it becomes easier to prioritize as strategic investments.
This is one of the movements we see gaining momentum in 2026.
