This Privacy Policy explains how WOOF Technologies ApS (hereinafter, “WOOF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. WOOF Technologies ApS is a Danish private limited company, and for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, it is referred to simply as “WOOF.”

WOOF is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we handle your personal information. Our platform is designed to support group well-being by offering tools to gather anonymous student input, visualize group mood trends and provide activities and courses to foster connection and engagement.

If you create an individual account without your school or organization holding a WOOF subscription, WOOF is the data controller of your personal information. If your organization later enters into a subscription agreement with WOOF, the organization will assume the role of data controller, and WOOF will act as a data processor pursuant to a data processing agreement.

Information you provide:

We utilize AI to analyze anonymous, multiple-choice responses from student check-ins. These data sets contain no personally identifiable information. AI-generated recommendations aim to support group well-being. Because these inputs are anonymous, they fall outside the scope of the GDPR. Nonetheless, we treat them with care and uphold user privacy.

Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to:
