UNICORN is our subscription for schools to manage and drive well-being in classrooms.
With UNICORN, you can give your teachers a toolbox to work with the unique challenges of their class, while also enabling you to structure a common direction for the school for your shared effort in the important work of well-being development. This can also be used for measuring and reporting on school culture and climate.
We are teachers. We needed this toolbox to properly manage our classrooms. We built it, and it works! Now we implore school decision makers to provide this for your teachers and their students.

With UNICORN, you will be able to keep track of where, when, and why a class community has challenges, and you will get tools to be able to put in place before the symptoms of unhappiness BECOME unhappiness. You will get the tools to create the right conditions for each unique class and to turn on the class community's Unicorn Effect - the effect where the class begins to break with the negative patterns that systematically create unhappiness in the community. It’s good that you are careful about personal data, so are we! All students are anonymous on the WOOF platform. There are no student accounts, so there is no personal student information captured or stored by WOOF.

What is the difference between WOOF and UNICORN?
WOOF is our freemium subscription for teachers and educators. It’s free to register and WOOF with your class. UNICORN is our premium upgrade for schools and well-being staff.
With the free version of WOOF, the class gets tools to map the well-being and find out what systematically affects the well-being and community of the class. with UNICORN, they get the tools to also develop well-being and make well-being work a joint project across year groups, departments and the whole school.
Both teachers and management can follow the school’s development and follow the school’s measurable results!
What is free and what costs money?
WOOF is free. As a teacher, you can press open and start creating and working with your class. If you, as a school, want to work strategically with WOOF, you need a UNICORN subscription. A UNICORN subscription costs an annual license fee for the classes that are included.
If I'm a teacher, can I just get started?
If you are a teacher, coach, or other staff around a class who would like to start working in a more structured manner with the development of your class community and its well-being, then you are first and foremost cool!
