In general
You agree to use WOOF’s services and products only for the intended purpose and as described in these Terms and Conditions of Service and in accordance with applicable law. If you use WOOF’s services in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Service or applicable law, we may terminate your account and/or suspend your use of WOOF’s services without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must notify WOOF as soon as possible of any possible misuse of your accounts, login information or other security incident relating to WOOF’s services.
You warrant that the information provided in connection with the creation of your WOOF account and the creation of WOOF groups is correct and that you do not misinform about personal data or otherwise provide false information about your identity in connection with your use of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the registration information provided at the time of creation remains correct and for updating this in the event of changes.
If you create a WOOF account with an email address from your organization (eg school or municipality), you acknowledge that you are authorized to use that organization’s domain to register for WOOF’s services in your capacity as a member of that organization.
The organization that owns the domain with your email address can take control of and manage your use of WOOF. This may lead to you losing access to your WOOF account.
Licenses
WOOF’s services and products are the property of WOOF. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use WOOF’s services and products.
It is not permitted to use WOOF’s services and products for marketing or sales purposes unless a written agreement has been entered into with WOOF.
The WOOF brand is owned by WOOF, and it is not permitted to use WOOF’s brand for any purpose, unless a written agreement has been entered into with WOOF.
Services
WOOF’s services and products are available as different subscriptions.
Free WOOF User: Our free subscription provides access to a range of services and products.
UNICORN Subscription: UNICORN Subscription provides access to more functionalities and products. For the UNICORN subscription, there may be various additional purchase options for functionalities and services.
The content of WOOF’s various subscriptions may vary depending on when you took out the subscription and on time-limited campaigns.
WOOF may choose to change the content or conditions of your subscription. Your continued use of WOOF’s services and products constitutes your consent and acceptance of the changes. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you can always unsubscribe from WOOF’s services and products.
Trial periods
WOOF can offer you a trial period. We reserve the right to revoke the trial period. Special conditions regarding functional limitation may apply in connection with the trial period of WOOF’s services and products.
Responsibility for content
You are responsible for all entries and content that you share with WOOF. This includes that content does not violate these Terms and Conditions of Service, applicable law or intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) or the rights of others.
WOOF may review, monitor, modify or remove content if entries or content are deemed to be in violation of WOOF’s Terms and Conditions of Service or Privacy Policy, but is under no obligation to do so.
Account security
As the creator of your WOOF account, you have access and control over your WOOF account and the devices you use to access WOOF. To maintain control, you should maintain your control over the devices used to access WOOF and not share your login information with anyone.

Ownership and use of data
WOOF retains ownership of all non-personal data collected through the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, aggregated and anonymized data, usage patterns, and any other information that does not specifically identify individuals.
