WOOF is a Scandinavian Teacher Movement


WOOF was developed by teachers for teachers
We developed the tool we needed when we were teaching. This sparked a teacher movement: Now WOOF drives well-being in more than half the Danish schools.
"We experienced how important managing classroom well-being is for a class to be ready to learn and how challenging this is in uniquely different classes. There were no good tools to help the teacher with this task impacting teachers and students negatively. We dreamed of giving all teachers a tool to develop and manage well-functioning, safe, inspiring classroom communities that spark and drive individual well-being. Teacher to teacher
WOOF was developed by teachers, and it is important to us that WOOF works in everyday school life. Therefore, we continuously collaborate with teachers, pedagogues and school leaders to ensure that WOOF continues to function in the school. We call them our Board of Visionaries (or slightly shorter Bow WauW). They are cool and passionate about the students' well-being!

Focus on Impact
It is not enough to have a tool to work with well-being, it is not enough to spend time on well-being. We focus on creating a real difference for the children. We aim to show the classes when they succeed in developing their class community positively.
That is why we aim to measure the effect of WOOF - so that the classes, teachers and students can see when they succeed and so that we can ensure that WOOF makes a real difference.
