WOOF Terms of Service
Effective Date:15th of July 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WOOF platform, products, and services provided by WOOF Technologies ApS, a Danish private limited company (hereinafter, “WOOF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using WOOF, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Authorized Use and General Terms
You agree to use WOOF solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you violate these Terms or any laws, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any suspected misuse or security incidents involving your account. You affirm that all information you provide when creating your WOOF account or groups is accurate and that you will keep such information up to date.
If you register with an email address from an organization (e.g., a school or municipality), you confirm that you are authorized to use that organization’s domain and understand that the organization may assume control over your account.
2. License
WOOF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services for personal or organizational use as permitted by these Terms. Commercial use, marketing, or resale of WOOF products or services is prohibited unless you have our prior written consent.
The WOOF brand, including all trademarks, domain names, and design elements, is owned by WOOF and may not be used without our express written permission.
3. Subscriptions
WOOF services are available through various subscription plans. Subscription content may vary depending on when you enrolled or if promotional offers applied. We may update or modify subscription terms or features. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. You may cancel at any time if you do not agree to updates.
4. Add-On Services
Additional features or services may be offered as add-ons to your subscription, such as workshops, consulting, or enhanced analytics. Pricing and terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and are binding for the stated period. Once activated, add-ons are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Personal Subscriptions
5.1 Individuals may subscribe to paid versions of WOOF for access to premium features.
5.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. You agree to recurring charges unless the subscription is canceled.
5.3 You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.
5.4 By activating your subscription, you waive the right of withdrawal under Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
5.5 Upon cancellation, your account will revert to a free plan with limited functionality unless you delete your account.
6. Organizational Accounts
If you access WOOF through an organization, your use is governed by the separate agreement between WOOF and that organization. In case of conflict between these Terms and the organizational agreement, the latter prevails. Contact your organization for details.
7. Trial Periods
WOOF may offer trial access to selected features. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial access at any time. Feature limitations may apply during the trial.
8. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all data and content you submit via WOOF. You agree not to upload content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others. We reserve the right to review, monitor, or remove content that breaches these rules but are not obligated to do so.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account and should not share your login credentials. Maintain control over the devices used to access your account.
10. Data Processing
WOOF processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Ownership and Use of Data
WOOF retains ownership of all non-personal data collected through your use of our services, including anonymized and aggregated data. We may use such data to improve services, conduct research, and for marketing purposes.
We also retain ownership of anonymized data derived from personal data once any personally identifiable information has been removed. By using WOOF, you consent to this use.
12. Termination
These Terms apply as long as you have a WOOF account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for suspected or actual misuse or violation of these Terms. Neither party shall be liable for termination in accordance with these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
WOOF aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned downtime will be communicated in advance.
WOOF, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service outages or the use of WOOF. It is your responsibility to adapt the use of WOOF to the needs and limitations of your group.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new Terms, you may delete your account.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Denmark.

- Organization: The entity you are affiliated with (e.g., employer or school)
- Services: WOOF’s platform, software, and related offerings
- Trial Period: Temporary access to services without charge or at reduced cost

- WOOF Brand: WOOF’s logos, trademarks, and other brand assets
