The safest way to secure personal data is minimize what data are collected: thus, no personal identification data is collected from the students when they use WOOF. This is because we want students to feel safe and for teachers to get honest responses from the students.<\/p>\n

This means that neither the classmates, the teacher, the school administration nor WOOF know the names of the students or what the specific students tell the dog when they WOOF. This ensures our consistent compliance with FERPA and with COPPA.<\/p>\n
