Impact Intelligence \u2013 how do we know we’re making a difference?<\/b><\/p>\n
At WOOF, we\u2019re not here just to <\/span>feel<\/span><\/i> relevant \u2013 we want to <\/span>be<\/span><\/i> relevant. That\u2019s why we measure our impact where it matters most: with the students.<\/span><\/p>\n Knowing when, how often, and how our efforts lead to positive change has given us a unique <\/span>Impact Intelligence<\/b>. This helps us manage WOOFs impact and many of these insights might also help you guys working on classroom wellbeing out there.\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> \u2b50The effect is not dependent on the class\u2019 starting point<\/span><\/p>\n \u2b50We see the impact across countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, US)<\/span><\/p>\n And this doesn\u2019t just apply to the classrooms that are already doing well. In fact, we see <\/span>no significant correlation<\/b> between a class\u2019s starting point and how their well-being evolves \u2013 WOOF works for both thriving classrooms and those struggling with well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n The key factor? That the class actually <\/span>WOOFs<\/b> \u2013 meaning they check in regularly and stay curious about how their classmates are doing. Working continuously with the factors that impact the class is key to driving progress. The students feel seen and heard, it strengthens the sense of community. They realize they\u2019re not alone. They feel part of something and see that when they work together and stick with it, they can drive progress together.<\/span><\/p>\n And that\u2019s our most important insight:<\/span> \ud83c\udfaf We\u2019re continuing to explore the impact of WOOF. \n<\/span>Classes that engage with WOOF consistently show more positive development \u2013 both short-term and sustained over time. We\u2019ve found a statistically significant correlation between the usage of WOOF check-ins and improvements in overall class mood.<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/span>Impact doesn\u2019t just come from data \u2013 it comes from the meeting point between data, reflection, and action.<\/span><\/p>\n
