This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information we collect through our websites, including <\/span>https:\/\/PlanetWOOF.io\/ <\/span>and any other interactive features or services owned or controlled by PlanetWOOF that post a link to this Privacy Policy (each, a \u201cService\u201d and collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d), as well as any information we collect offline and combine in our databases. Certain features discussed in this Privacy Policy may not be offered on each Service at any particular time. Note that we may combine the information we collect from you through all of our Services to use information gathered to better inform families and health professionals about a child\u2019s states of being.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note about Children: <\/b>Only teachers and administrators are intended to open a WOOF account. If we learn that a student under the age of 13 has created a WOOF account, then we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian (\u201cParent\u201d) and discover that your child under the age of 13 (or a higher age if required by applicable law) has a registered account with our Services, please contact your child\u2019s school and contact PlanetWOOF to request that we delete that child\u2019s personal information from our systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
